When viewed under incandescent light they are completely clear; yet, under the flood of ultraviolet light these UV activated colors come to life. ClearColour's flexible, vinyl acrylic binder allows these distinctive paints to be used on virtually any scenic surface. ClearColour may be applied over all Rosco paints.
