The Challenger's high output LEDs are arranged in a cluster of individual reflectors, engineered to produce a brilliant, penetrating beam of white light. The Challenger comes with the same K2 Lithium Ion battery as the Warrior II and can be recharged over 500 times using the standard K2 table top charger. The rugged water and dust-resistant unit is CNC machined aircraft-grade aluminum with a black, hard anodized body and non-slip handholds. The lamp head can be detached from the K2 battery and used with a G4 battery tube using 4 x CR123A batteries for gun mounting, or with the K2-CR123A full battery mag using 8 x CR123A non-rechargeable batteries. Accessories include color filters, the K2 tactical holster and rubber shock absorbers to protect the Challenger from damage if dropped onto a hard surface.
