About Production Advantage, Inc.
Production Advantage's maiden voyage took place in 1990 along the shores of Lake Champlain. There was the developing
new technology of the personal computer and we thought it would make a great tool
for building a new kind of business. In the basement of a private residence we fired
up our first PC (a Compaq Portable, with its little 9" green screen and a whopping
128K of memory), picked up the phone and got to work. We were committed to making
use of what would become known as Information Technology to find the gear you were
looking for, negotiate a great price, and manage the most efficient delivery path
to get the gear where you needed it.
The Voyage Continues
Eighteen years later we're no longer in the basement. We no longer store the light
bulbs under the bed. We're in a 14,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility designed
to process your orders as efficiently and inexpensively as the technology will allow.
We have computers that keep track of our computers. We're still committed to getting
you what you need, when you need it, at a reasonable price, though. We continue
to grow with your help and we're grateful for your support.
